Dear Mr. Murley:
On December 3, 2004 we had two Carrier units installed at our home. The reason for this letter is to compliment your employees who did the work.
Frank, Orlando and Jacob were prompt in keeping the appointment. These men got to work immediately and were open to any questions that we had. We recently had new carpet installed in our home and they were conscientious to keep all areas clean.
Aside from their work ethic they were personable, informative and eager to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. They were here the entire day and not a single complaint was beard from them. They worked as hard the last hour as they did the first.
It is people like Frank, Orlando and Jacob that give your company a good name and build your customer satisfaction.

Dear Mr. Murley
Michael and I wanted to write to thank you for the really remarkable customer service we received from you and AccuTemp last week.
As you are aware, our heat pump compressor died two weeks ago. AccuTemp had previously replaced the compressor in the unit four years ago. The heat pump is only 10 years and was on its third compressor. This sure didn't seem right to us, especially when we had had Trane troubleshoot the system to avoid any further problems, and had faithfully done biannual servicing through AccuTemp.
We're aware that there is a lot that can impact the life of a heat pump other than the routine maintenance, including the homeowner's maintenance and usage, the homebuilder's construction, and the installer's expertise. Discussions about who should bear responsibility for the second failure of the unit could have gone on for weeks. But you and AccuTemp chose not to worry about blame and instead opted to go above and beyond to make it right for us. What impressed us even more was that AccuTemp's response was clearly focused on obtaining a solution for us for the long-term, and not just the next few years.
We sure wish we didn't have to purchase a new heat pump this month, but thanks to you and AccuTemp, what could have been a very miserable situation (and significant budget hit), became far less so. I am grateful for my decision 5 years ago to have AccuTemp service the heat pump in our new house. We will continue to purchase service agreements with AccuTemp, and look forward to a long business relationship with AccuTemp.
